STRESS MANAGEMENT
Doing Maintenance To Ensure The Success Of Your Next Flight
Everyone is an expert in their own stress. It’s that thing we experience any time a situation arises that conflicts with our values and beliefs or any time we encounter a moment where our life or quality of living is at stake. The law enforcement profession provides a lot of insight into stressful experiences and methods of how to cope with them. How prepared does one feel to confront a high-stress situation? How do our expectations of what can go wrong on any given workday affect our personal lives? How do our past experiences affect our ability to cope with stress in our careers? These are questions that are relevant to all professions. A significant element of why we stress is due to how we think of ourselves and our own expectations of our future. Much of our stress can be mitigated with a paradigm shift in how we see ourselves and what is possible.
This course is suggested for smaller groups of 20 or less. The curriculum is extremely activity based and requires a significant amount of participation from the audience.
