STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION

Its all in the delivery! While we expect to share honest, candid discussion with our customers, co-workers, subordinates and leadership, the biggest hurdle is not how we communicate with each other but first how we communicate with ourselves. Our not so greatest moods can translate how we communicate with those around us. While we want to believe it’s all in the receiver of the message we must first consider and understand how our blind spots, beliefs, perception, and values may hinder the message. The sharing of information is strategic. This facilitation identifies hurdles that hinder our message to another and methods to improve communication; speaking with positive strategy for positive influence.
